1. Introduction
Welcome to POISE Pilates. By accessing our studio or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Booking & Cancellations
All sessions must be booked in advance. We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.
3. Health & Safety
Your safety is our priority. Please inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or if you are pregnant before the start of each session. You participate in Pilates at your own risk.
4. Packages & Expiry
Class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please check the expiry date of your package at the time of purchase.
5. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
