About Me – Catty Phothisane ♡
Hello, I’m Catty.
I used to spend my days at a desk, holding tension in every part of my body. Then one day I discovered Pilates and something inside me simply softened. The slow thoughtful movements, the quiet breathing, the feeling of finally moving together with my body instead of against it… I left that first class lighter, calmer, and completely in love.
That gentle magic stayed with me, so I decided to share it.
I trained deeply with STOTT PILATES®, completing Intensive Mat-Plus™, Advanced Mat,the Intensive Reformer course, and and ICCB – Intensive Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels. Along with all the practice, observation, and teaching hours that go with them. Hundreds of soft focused hours later, I still feel the same quiet happiness every time I teach.
What It Feels Like to Move Here
Because we only offer private and duet sessions, the entire hour is yours alone.
We always begin with a gentle check-in: “How are you feeling today?”
From there we create exactly what your body needs.
Some days we flow like water, slow and fluid, opening every joint, letting the spine unfurl breath by breath until you feel long and weightless.
Other days we invite a little spark, quicker rhythms, jump board pulses, stronger springs that leave legs and core deliciously alive.
And when you crave pure softness, we move to the Cadillac for hanging stretches, gentle rolls, and the sweetest spinal release that feels like melting.
The lights are low, the music is whisper-soft or we choose beautiful silence, and there is never any hurry.
It feels intimate, safe, and quietly special, like a tiny sanctuary made just for you.
